The AnroAgents lead network
Handing on visitors you cannot serve, and getting paid for them.
The lead network in AnroAgents is for the visitors your agent cannot help. Someone asks for a service you do not offer, in a city you do not cover, at a size you do not take — normally that conversation ends and the visitor leaves. In the lead network your agent hands them to a business that can serve them, and you are paid for the lead.
Find it on the Lead network screen of the AnroAgents dashboard.
Sending a lead
You keep a list of partners in AnroAgents: their name, their email, the categories they cover, the countries they serve, free-text criteria describing what they want, and the fee they pay per accepted lead.
When an AnroAgents agent meets a visitor it cannot serve, it matches the need against that partner list, asks the visitor whether they would like to be introduced, and only hands anything over once the visitor has explicitly agreed in the chat. The recipient is named to the visitor before they agree — no visitor is ever passed on silently.
A partner in AnroAgents does not have to be a platform user. The whole point of the first phase is that it works from day one: you record the referral, the agreed fee and the evidence, and the two of you settle between yourselves.
Receiving leads
To receive leads through the AnroAgents lead network, enable intake on your agent and set one number: what you pay per accepted lead. The minimum is €10.
You do not have to enumerate what you do in order to receive AnroAgents leads. The agent already declares its business, its services and its knowledge base, and that is what the matcher reads. You set the fee, the countries you serve, and any extra criteria in plain words.
A lead arriving through the AnroAgents lead network can be rejected within 48 hours if it does not conform to the criteria you published. After that window it is accepted automatically and the fee is due.
What it costs
Leads from a partner you brought yourself cost nothing extra on AnroAgents — the platform takes 0% of those, because taking a cut of a relationship you created is how a network gets routed around.
Leads matched through the AnroAgents directory, where the platform found the counterparty for you, carry a 20% platform commission on the lead fee.
The legal shape
AnroAgents is not an intermediary passing the receiver's money to the sender. Each lead is two separate transactions: we buy the lead from the sender, documented with a self-billed invoice, and we sell it to the receiver with a normal invoice. That is why the sender is owed once a lead is accepted, whether or not the receiver has paid us.
What is promised in an AnroAgents lead is conformity to the stated criteria — that the lead is what it was said to be. Nobody promises the lead will buy anything: lead quality and deal outcome are not part of the obligation on either side.
Every hand-over in the AnroAgents lead network records the visitor's consent: when they agreed, how, and which recipient they were shown. That record is the GDPR artefact for the transfer.
