Working as a team in AnroAgents

Inviting managers, what they can do, and how agencies work across accounts.

An AnroAgents account can have more than one person in it. The owner invites managers, and managers help run the agents without ever seeing the money.

Team management in AnroAgents is available from the Pro plan up. Find it on the Team screen of the dashboard.

Inviting a manager

Invite a manager in AnroAgents by entering their email on the Team screen and sending the invitation. They receive an email, create their own login, and then see your workspace when they sign in.

A manager in AnroAgents can create and edit agents, upload knowledge base documents, work the Inbox, read conversations and analytics — everything operational.

A manager in AnroAgents cannot see or change billing, cannot subscribe or cancel, and cannot see payment history or invoices. Those stay with the account owner.

The owner of an AnroAgents account can remove a manager at any time from the Team screen, and can cancel an invitation that has not been accepted yet.

Workspaces

A person with an AnroAgents login can belong to several workspaces: their own, plus any they have been invited into. A workspace switcher at the top of the dashboard moves between them, and each switch changes which agents, conversations and analytics are shown.

Workspaces in AnroAgents are what make the platform usable for an agency: one login, several client accounts, no shared passwords. The plan and the billing belong to each workspace separately, so the client keeps paying for their own subscription while the agency does the work.

An agency that would rather bill its clients itself should look at the Business plan of AnroAgents instead, which allows ten agents and white-label branding under a single account.

Who counts as a user

AnroAgents does not charge per seat. The plan limits agents and messages, not people, so inviting a second or third manager costs nothing extra on a plan that includes team management.
